A young woman that befriends Via, though offering little details about herself. She's friendly and has a kind personality, and tries to make Via warm up to her.

Sir

Via's boss, the head dispatcher for a fleet of independent mail carriers like Via. She seems to be endeared to Via despite her low tolerance for her unpredictable nature.
